Refund & Cancellation Terms
- Fitness Services (Personal Training and Group Personal Training) bought by You are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable.
- We and/or relevant service provider(s)/vendor shall have the right to cease/terminate the relationship with You unilaterally without any reason, and the applicable amount, as the case may be, shall be refunded to You subsequently.
- In case of any technical failure of the payment process due to payment gateway/bank process failure, the payment gateway/bank involved will be responsible.
- With regards to payments, we shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted on our Website using Your payment card or internet banking. We shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
